AI productivity platform Superhuman has signed a long-term lease for 35,000 square feet of premium office space at Das Center on Potsdamer Platz, marking a significant expansion of the company's presence in Germany's tech capital.

According to a press release from Oxford Properties Group, Superhuman will occupy The Penthouse, a three-story Grade A office space in the converted IMAX building, with the move expected to take place by the end of 2026.

The lease comes as part of Oxford Properties' ambitious €300 million redevelopment of the iconic 1.2 million square foot mixed-use campus, originally built between 1992 and 2000 on former Berlin Wall borderland. Since acquiring the property in 2017, Oxford has transformed the space into a modern hub combining state-of-the-art workspace with food and beverage, entertainment, and wellness amenities.

John Bell, Director of Global Real Estate & Workplace Experience at Superhuman, explained the strategic importance of the new location: "With our new hub in Das Center, we're creating a space that fuels collaboration and connection for our fast-growing team in Germany. This new space is designed to give our team members in Berlin an inspiring environment to build innovative products as we bring our new company vision to life. It will also serve as a meeting point for our global teams from across Europe and the Americas to connect in person and collaborate on projects."

The company also plans to host events for Berlin's tech community in the space, further integrating into the local ecosystem. The facility joins other prominent tenants including Deutsche Bahn, Global Logic, Exolaunch, and Egon Zehnder, with Phase One of the redevelopment achieving 91% occupancy at market-leading rates.
